Services

We provide digital services as agreed upon in individual client proposals or contracts. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each service will be clearly outlined before work begins. Cynlex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. We typically require a 50% advance before starting any project. Remaining payments are due upon project completion or as outlined in the proposal. Delayed payments may result in paused work.

Revisions

Each service package includes a specific number of revisions as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, login credentials, and feedback within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by the client may affect project deadlines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Cynlex retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Results Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies and best practices, Cynlex Digital cannot guarantee specific results such as exact Google rankings or revenue numbers, as these depend on many external factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to that point. Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

Cynlex Digital reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
