From freelance hustle to focused agency

Cynlex was founded with a single belief — that Bangladeshi businesses deserve marketing partners who understand their world, speak their language, and obsess over the metrics that actually move revenue.

Working remotely with these businesses, Fazle saw firsthand how other agencies and freelancers were failing to deliver meaningful outcomes. Campaigns would run, reports would look polished — but the phone never rang, the leads never converted, and the ROI simply wasn't there.

That realization sparked a decision: instead of just providing services piecemeal, Fazle would build an agency that puts results above everything else. An agency that doesn't just promise work — but guarantees outcomes. And so, Cynlex was born in 2023.

Today, Cynlex operates from Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving local businesses with the same founding principle: results first, always.

Fazle Rabby is a digital marketing strategist and the founder of Cynlex Digital, Bangladesh's premier digital marketing agency. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Facebook Ads, web development, and AI automation, he has helped dozens of Bangladeshi businesses — from Dhaka to Chittagong — turn their online presence into a real revenue engine.

His journey began in 2021 as a freelancer on Fiverr and Upwork, serving clients across the globe. Working with international brands gave him deep insight into what actually works in digital marketing — knowledge he now brings back home to help Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, e-commerce stores, local businesses, and startups compete and win in the digital space.

Fazle believes Bangladesh has incredible business potential that remains untapped because most local businesses lack access to world-class marketing.
